Z810a 2009 model

I was thinking about buying a Deere z810a with around 200 hrs on it. Thanks to these forums I realize this series had its share of problems. Did JD ever get a suitable fix or should I steer clear of 800 series mowers?? Thanks for any input.

Go take if for a test drive and see. The only problem that I am aware of is the jerky hydros. I had an 830 and deere eventually replaced my motors after their band aid fixes didn't satisfy me. You will immediately know if the unit you are looking at has issues that haven't been fixed.
Just so you know, Deere discounted the new mowers significantly. I paid $7500 for mine new. The sitcker was around 12. The one you are looking at, assuming good condition should go between 3500-4000
