We designed the beds and pipe racks using AutoCAD for our install vehicles. If anyone would like some more information feel free to contact me. We purchase our trucks from our fleet salesman and we have a local outfitter rig the flat beds.

We used to build all of our racks until we found a company that can do them professionally. We enjoyed the builds, but found it is better to farm out the work and do what we do best. Racks this size are a real pain to paint the write way and the vendor we use has a booth to spray.

The beds have dividers for 4 rows on crates (two on each side) and the center holds all of the hand tools along with wire roll spools / valve boxes. Above each row is another row of racks for crates that have hinged / pinned rails to access the crates. My crews basically drive around a small Ewing store and when we did the first truck I thought there was no way they would fill it. LOL

Two Rangers with different utility boxes
One F150 with a topper
One Ford E250 van

I'll try to put pictures up sometime. I prefer the Rangers.

This is my old service truck. Did installs and service out of it. The room was amazing. In the process of building a custom flatbed with rack on my trucks now, both will be single wheel long beds. Pick up the metal tomorrow so will post a pic of them when done.

Here are the plans were used for our install trucks. I received some PM's from a few members asking for more details.
