Agree with all of the above here.
I saw it today at the Techo showcase in Rochester. Wasn't able to use it in the field obviously, but I held it. It's a very heavy saw, they say it's only 5lbs heavier than a stihl 14", but it seems heavier than that for some reason.
Besides being heavier, it's just an awkward saw, very bulky. It would be impossible to cut in place like we do 99% of the time, having to cut backwards like Tom said.
I think it's a great idea, I understand the premise...but they probably have a couple of years of fine tuning and trimming it down before I'll even consider buying one.
Same goes for the electric saw.
