Bagger Advice

I have a 61" Bobcat fast cat ztr. I am wanting to get a bagging system for it but found outrageous prices for them. That was for the one that mount on the back with a blower motor. Then i thought of using the gobbler system with and extension. Any one use this on a ztr?

While at lowes i saw the rear mount bagger systems for large riding tractors for $500, and i thought maybe this could be modified to work for my ztr. Has any one done this? They do not come with a blower motor like the commercial ones, just a tube. Since i have never used a commercial setup, how will it be affected with out it?

During the summer, all of our Lesco WBs are set up to bag. I was asked to set up a few of the Exmark Lazers so they could use the Gobblers on them. From what I'm told, they seem happy that they can do a little area with the Lazers, with out having to use the WBs.
In the fall, all of the Lazers use the bagging system that comes from Exmark....

There are after market set ups for home owners that might fit your bill, Trac Vac comes to mind, there are others out there.....

Gobbler really doesnt have anything that fits the Bobcat riders really well. The Bobcat opening is too wide. Accelerator has one that fits very nice. They also have a jumbo one. Also the extension on a gobbler is for leaves only. Not sure what your plans were.

Problem is with a 61 the side baggers will fill up pretty fast.

As far as the homeowner rear baggers vs commercial. I have used both a little. Without the blower the leaves dont get chopped up well and the bags dont get filled well. On the commercial units the debris is chopped up finer and the bags end up like punching bags.
