Then, for your 5 fert services, you can schedule each one as a visit that is part of that Job.
How do you schedule each service that is within a job? I see the only way is to schedule the entire job. That means on the first visit, my employee will see 5aps to apply for that job and not just the first spring ap. What am I missing?

I used Jobber for my snow plowing this winter. Simple stuff. Of course, I'm solo and don't need a route sheet. I have them all in my head.

When creating a job, select "this job is a recurring contract" and under that you can schedule the visits

Right, but each scheduled visit shows that 5 applications of fert need to be applied. I need only one application of fert per visit, obviously.

I don't see how a customer quote for a 5 ap fert program can be converted into a job without having to divide that quote into 5 different jobs. I can't imagine creating so many jobs. Would be extremely time consuming.

Again, I must be missing something. I'm sure someone out there has figured this out.

Hey Landgreen. I have been talking with other guys here to figure out the best way for you to go about it.

They still suggest creating 1 recurring job, and having 5 visits. That is if those jobs are for a single client. The quote would have the 5 visits as 5 different line items. When you go to invoice them, it will have all the line items there, but could can just remove the 4 that were not done for that visit.

If you would like, you could hop on a screen share with one of our support people, and they could do their best to help get this workflow figured out.

Hey aaronmg. That would be Sam, the CEO. He always signs off with cheers. He still checks the forums, but as we have grown he has to spend more time with other administrative work.

I will see if I can find others in MD that use our chemical tracking and see how they are using it for you.

I second this question.

Just ran through the 14 minute tutorial and I'm damn near sold. I'd love to see a mobile app for iPhone and iPad. Put it on Android, too.
