Lol, looks like you got GoDaddy's level of support here as well...

Only place that I have used exchange servers besides in house managed ones was at 1&1.com, but their competency when it comes to support I wouldn't trust company email to... [Source: I used to have dedicated servers with them, and have many logs of issues with them, mainly never getting same answer from two different people.]

You might like it...right up until the day you decide to move your site and find it was all for naught.

After going through another Wix to [anything else] "migration", I've reinforced my opinion that they're still a Bottom 3 site builder.

Rackspace and Verio have Exchange servers. 1&1, as Greg points out, is just awful.

Keep in mind that you don't have to host your websites at the same place that you get your Exchange server accounts from.

We use Rackspace to run our infrastructure and can't say enough good things about them. They probably aren't economical for basic hosting but they do offer Exchange accounts. It's priced toward the high end but keep in mind their support is second to none.

Also a note, Microsoft itself offers Exchange as a service, $5 per user per month. You can have your domain point to one place for your website and point to a different location for email.
