Yep loaner program has become the norm if you want the commercial business. If you don't the other dealer down the road that does will have all the commercial guys buying from them

Hmm I've been in and out of their website… haven't seen it…. haven't heard anyone talk about before either.

It's still sweet.

Now all they need to do is pick up and drop off at the job site!

Why would a dealer not know about it if it's been going on that long….

now i have to trot down to the gravely dealer! (again) to chat about this!

You would be surprised. Some dealers don't even know about fleet pricing! One dealer insulted a LS member because they didn't know there was a XF2 deck out. Some dont know how to set pitch correctly!! Just like any business, you got the good and the bad...

On gravely website the G.A.P. ( Gravely Assurance Program) states bring your mower in for repair for warranty work within first 24 months if they can not fix it in 24 hours you get a similar mower until repairs are made

GM already link that several posts ago…i was simply saying i was in and out of their website and hadn't even seen it
