It's pretty good actually.

The only thing I'm noticing is that the "curve" of the stem just past where it breaks from the "A" has a spot that isn't "smooth" enough - the "flow" is interrupted by a slight "corner" for lack of better word.

I used to do design work, so I know why it's like that, and know that it's not an easy thing to keep those lines even/smooth, but it can be done.

Another thing that I'd tweak is the "leaf". I'd make the lower edge a LITTLE more pronounced to make it slightly more rounded and thus more "leaflike".

Aside from that, it's better than 90% of the other industry logos out there - even if you make no changes to it at all.
