Will a D30 give me 2gpm

Im putting together a spray setup for fertilizing/weed control and was just wondering if you all might know... I want to run a Honda 5.5/D30 combo with jet agitation, my main concern is I want to run 3/8 hose, aprrox. 300 feet. im looking to get 2 gallons per minute, will the D30 be enough. I know there will be a lot of friction loss, but I swear on the 3/8 hose! Thanks in advance for any advice!
