Looking for a lesson on grasses

I like to soak up as much as I can so lets see if you somebody can help me out.

I was talking with a potential customer today who has a ton of chickweed and oxalis throughout her yard. We got into the back and she had a couple different spots that from a far I was thinking was bentgrass or something similar. The two spots up close ended up looking different to me.

Just trying to learn about what these are.

Picture 1 and 2 are the same spot and picture 3 and 4 are the same.
