St Paul area and S Minneapolis area near cross town. I have about 15+ to do and if I can't meet the deadlines on these due to the cold spring I may need to sub a few out and am looking for some pricing from people to see if it would make more sense to sub some out or hire some more guys for a month or so. Some are 2-3 on the same block.

Dealer effed it up and I was just told 2-3 weeks minimum before its ready with an estimated ready date of last week of April. Now I'm screwed as I sold my 2 other trailers this winter to pay for the new one. Only trailer I have left is a little dinky 5'x 10'. What good does that do me. Nothing.

Dealer is "supposedly" working on it and will get me a temp trailer until mine is ready but was told they don't even have a dump trailer on the lot.
At least the snow bought you a little time!

I have relatives that live in Plymouth. Said they had 8" of snow a couple days ago...couldn't believe it.
I have been running dethatch/bag down here past couple of days. Snow completely gone.

We got 10-11" here on Wednesday/Wednesday night. It's melting pretty quick though.
