Costs I incur+Profit I want to make = ammount I estimate. Generally people estimate how long the job will take them and base it off of what they want themselves/their crew to be making hourly.

The more jobs you do the faster you will be at completing them. The more jobs you estimate the better you will be at estimating the time on the job.

P.S. 100$ house washes make your business broke/go under once you calculate in actual costs to run the business.

I usually go by 75 an hour and estimate it taking a little long. for a job that size it would be round $150 in the area I live. My price also dpends on the customers attitude

It's simple, charge what your market will bear. Hourly rate? Absolutely never. I'd suggest that you find a successful mentor in the business as there's lots of misinformation out there.
