Xmas cards order time

If you are considering sending Xmas cards order soon. The prices just go up and up. Its that time.

Here is a site that has some good deals and a HUGE selection. If you have any sites that you like please add them to the list.

I still don't get why you all spend so much on christmas cards. I pay $20 for mine that I buy from the store, print in my own message, and send them out. They look fine. I don't really think customers will notice that your name isn't embossed or that you printed it yourself.

The first year I was in business, I wanted to order some from Staples for like $100. My partner pointed out that we could get similar cards at Meijer or Target or Kmart and print our own message. Actually, the cards we got that year looked miles better than the ones Staples sold. Saved myself $100s over the years, and people appreciate the cards I send no less than if I ordered them.

Honestly, I doubt the effects of Christmas cards. I think most people never notice, or toss them right out. I know I get cards or calendars from several businesses and I toss them right into the trash, mostly don't notice.

I enjoy recievimg Chirstmas cards and feel that most other people do to! Lets the customer know that you appreciate there patronage and you took the time to send them something besides a bill or a flier asking for more work from them! All of my vendors and customers send me cards and we display them until new years day!

I do try to get the best looking cards I can. I really dont look at the price as much as I look at the time it saves me. I just dont have the time to print my own message.
I think having the cards printed for me looks very professional.
I also give every client a lg Poinsettia every Christmas. Runs about $25 per customer for both but they love it and I think it goes a long way towards reinforcing my relationship with them.

How many customers do you have?

In looking through some of the cards I see on the various sites, I believe that the most expensive isn't necessarily the best looking card. But that's just my opinion.
