Depends on what you're cleaning. Not necessary for residential

i have cleaned a few houses and some agriculture buildings
would the benefit of hot water be worth it ?
how about cold water 3000 psi at 4 gpm vs my current washer would the added gpm be a benefit?

What's your budget like? Powerwashstore is where we buy from. Anything over 4 gpm will help a lot. Our next machine will be 8

Hot water is best for a surface cleaner doing dumpster pads, drive throughs, etc.

Cold water and surface cleaner will still clean concrete with no issues.

Residential we do all soft washing. No pressure washing. We used ag pumps and chemicals to clean both roofs and siding

Pm me your email and I'll email you over the weekend some information.

4500 is more than enough.

Whiffy is on the money. We run these and are very pleased with the performance and the price:

You can upgrade to a stand alone burner later if you find that you need hot water.
