Keep in mind US Lawns is part of Vallycrest as well. They still act as independent companies to a degree.

No valley crest owns them. They have franchises though

They sub out just like everyone else does

In 1996 ValleyCrest aquired U.S. Lawns.

So it will be interesting to see how a merger with Brickman will affect U.S. Lawns franchisees.

Wow, that was very quick. The article said they will keep both headquarters. Both companies should make 2 billion they said. Us lawns should not be affected.
