@jeeperscrow, good looking ad you have there. Have you thought of labeling the images or doing a before & after in one photo? Athens, Ga I am in Augusta! I'm going to shoot you a pm. Just getting started could use some advice.

@Free2013, are you using CL as well for contact? How are you proposing your idea to them? "Hey I see you flip houses, and as many know curb appeal is a major selling point. Let [your name] do the work at an affordable price with great results." ?

Advertisting

Plain and simple. Word of mouth. I have never spent a dime on advertising and word of mouth has turned my part time lawn care business into something on the verge of full time. Doing good work is the best advertising I know. My two cents.

Agreed, any customer that will let you put them up, and any street corner you can find that will let you. Just don't put them on private property or in front of another landscapers work obviously.

Great idea on the before/after on one photo! I'll have to look into that!

Word of mouth is fantastic...but if you combine it with other forms of advertising you'll have a much higher success rate.

"Electronic word of mouth" - Angie's List reviews.

I've never advertised there, but the people read the reviews and the phone just keeps ringing.
