the gravel? well as long as the cover it up with dirt it's ok.

I think I'd be a little curious, don't know about pissed unless they just put the dirt and grass over it, but for sure curious.

Maybe they going lay down turf So they don't have to mow . My uncle had that done in his back lawn

Never know its there till ya water your lawn and your water bill is 3 times that of your neighbors.
