Toro 3000 Mower Down

I was in a yard last week and my right wheel locked up. Thought it was the hydro pump. Couldnít get it to move even after I unlocked the pumps. My parking break came apart and jammed my wheel. Had to have it towed out of the yard. Should get back soon. It is a Toro 3000 with 170 hours on it. Kind of disappointed something happened so soon on it. Good thing I have a back up.

Got mower back. Had more damage than first thought. When the parking break broke. Some of the parts got jammed into my hydo pump. They had to replace the hydo pump and wheel and parking break. Over $2000 in damages. Toro covered it all. Thanks Toro.

Toro has a great warranty. I bought a used 6000 a year old, transferred the warranty and still have 4 years left.
Glad they got it fixed for you.
