I have a pond thats about... 50+' x 30+' at least.
There are a lot of snails and apperently somebody told me they cause problems with the fish, being a parasite or something.

I was wondering if this was the case, then would the be a ecological way to get rid of the snails without killing the 40million bluegills and them some catfish that my dad is so precious over.

Cause on occasion we would fish in the pond and then eat the fish, well not me I'm allergic to fish, but the fish have black spots all over them, including all throughout the meat.

(I'm apoligizing in advance if this is in the wrong thread  )
