So, I finally ordered a new seat suspension insert setup from seat warehouse on eBay for about $159 shipped. I mounted my seat on the insert and then placed the rails on the bottom of the insert. All the bolts aligned with the seat mounts without any drilling. Due to the support brace of the seat mount ( part that lift to access hydros) the seat can't be adjusted back and forth. But since I am the only rider here I just set it and forget it. Sure feels nice when bouncing on it like an idiot in the garage making mower noises. I will post more reviews of how it rides after the wet nc weather goes away and grass begins to grow.
