I do mowing and apps. Being able to invoice, schedule, make field notes, etc would be great.

Right now I'm working off a spreadsheet and billing through quick books.
That is exactly what i am doing and within the past two weeks I have picked up 10 new accounts so its juggle time with a spreed sheet.

100 per month. Less headache at end of everyday. Worth it for me. With gopher i wanted. To pull my hair out everyday. The customer portal is nice. My customers like it. I get paid faster.

I pay $39. 50 without the discount.

That includes qb sync, additional user, webform link, and a few other other.

jobber just wasnt a good fit for chem app scheduling for me, I tried it a few times. I have gotten really used to service autopilots scheduling system, it would be hard for me to go to something else at this point. yeah, chem app tracking would be nice. but i think we may see pigs fly before that happens. lol.

Q Books

Does anyone use Qxpress an add on to Q Books
What do you think?
How many accounts do you manage?
How is the routing?
How is the scheduling?

I have to do some thing different then excel and a spread sheet.

I am a one truck company. i use Groundskeeper Pro and am happy with it. Think I paid a one time fee of $404. have had no problems and have it on home computer and laptop in the truck. I do chemical applications as well as other lawn maintenance and works well for me
