Walker MC Pricing Advice

I found a used Walker MC for sale for $3500
2007
GHS
680 hours
20HP Kohler (original)

That seems awfully low to me, but I haven't been actively pricing this model for sometime.

That's a good price . You better check it out before some one else does. Maybe whom ever is selling it doesn't know its real value.

Kinda what I'm thinking. I talked to the owner and he's a retired person who has had it about a year and wants his john Deere tractor mower back. Has original receipt from previous owner and out the door was $12k. 680 hours isn't a lot for a walker if properly maintained? If it hasn't been properly maintained before I get to it are there some pending issues?

Anyone interested in a toro proline haha

Thats a walker MC not a walker MT
there are several differences.

$3500 is still low, but that machine isn't worth a dime more than $5000.00

and MT would be $8500-$9000

Even so
id go check it out, he might be selling it for that because everyone has been turning up their noses because it's not the "top" model.

Most users who don't use attachments and only mow can't honestly tell the difference between models. they just think they need "the best"

I will shamefully admit I don't mow commercially (used to have decent business back in the day). I mow my yard and a few neighbors to help them out, but am "that guy" when it comes to having the best yard in the area.

I have a nice mower now, but Walker has been the goal so to speak, just so happens this one popped up. If I can get mine sold for a decent price might have to pull the trigger.
