Ed, have y'all ever run 6-7 man crews and if so can you tell me the pros/cons? We are doing a lot of multifamily and its looking like it will be the best option at least temporarily.

Don't know how to answer that Mike. We have a couple properties that we sent two crews 5 in one 3 in other. But we went on different days so there was less confusion. With that many people a lot of coordination will be need to be efficient. All the real large properties are donenwith one crew 4 to 5 people by Brinkman kind of companies. You definitely don't want to outfit one trailer with all the equipment.

Looks like this Lowes isn't using the big companies for their maintenance. Would seem like a company selling plants 100feet away might put more than 3 plants and crushed stone.

This is one of the better looking properties. It gives you what it looks like after several days around 100F. I am getting rid of weeds.

For a while it looked like maybe, but no rain it went to the west of us. The grass on the hill is just about brown over even though it is irrigated weekly..
