Look at echo string trimmers. Stihl are good but tend to get heavy after a while (I've demoed one before). My preference would be an echo or redmax.

echo srm 230. stay away from 225's.

Yeah I have found that. I have a 225 and the power is horrible. I'm definitely upgrading to a larger trimmer next season.
