We have a parking lot sweeping and line painting service that compliments our grounds maintenance division as well. This is the larger sweeper truck.

When you say maintenance is buildable, what are your thoughts?

Grounds maintenance contracts can be built upon year by year if you are good at keeping your customers happy. More contracts leads to improved route density which helps your bottom line, increases your brand awareness, and gives you a competitive advantage over others.

Our lawn clients helped me start and grow all of our other divisions. When we first started, the only thing I could show the bank was proof of the revenue from all of my signed lawn contracts. The intermittent income from hardscaping or snow clearing wasn't stable enough to form a solid track record at the time.

New mini ex put to work

We bought a new mini ex this spring from my buddy in sales at the local Hertz equipment. It's nice to have hook ups for good equipment

It's such a handy tool. Our other mini ex is tiny compared to this one
