Maintenance Pictures

how many crews are you running for maintenance? have you seen brickman go after your commercial work? they have been gaining ground out here

No. We actually did a few of their mulch jobs this year. We are running 8 Crews this year. 4 mowing, 2 trimming, 1 chemical, and 1 mulch blowing truck. We pull one trimming crew to do flowers and aeration and seeding.

Then we have 5 other crews: 2 landscape installation crews, 1 irrigation tech, and 2 hardscaping crews

how many salesmen/women do you have to keep the flow of work? how many project mangers? or do you have them doubling up? how many years in business?
