First impression are that the accounts sound underpriced with a ton of drivetime
Yeah, drivetime from Acworth to Buckhead isn't short. Driving down 75 with a trailer at any time of the day would be interesting. I couldn't imagine the fuel cost in a 3500

Gas is from 400 - 600 a month for everything. Here is a breakdown of how I figured the starting point of the business:
Accounts Low - high 10000 (3 m0nths worth) - 14000 (4 mo)
Truck (115k) 10000ish - 15000
Toro z450 2000 - 3000
Sentar 2000 - 3000
2 cycle stuff 1000 - 1500
Aerator 500 -750
Plus a bunch of other stuff. So with what I have just put down: Low 25,500 - High 37,250
Do the math it is not that far fetched about the ask!! price.

Not trying to stir anything up here...but why do so many folks say, "don't buy without contracts, or...it's not worth as much without a contract" ???

Nothing guarantees a contract will even keep them around so then what? A lot of businesses (other industries, I get that) do not sell their business with contracts...restaurants, electricians, plumbers, etc.

So what's the big deal? Is it worth less because there is no contract? I don't look at it that way.

At the end of the day; contract or no contract; the customer can fire us for a plethora of reasons...
