Taxes ( general )

My question cocerns the all fav taxes. I am a new LCO in ND and would like to know if there is anyone that knows the best place to look for the tax info in ND. I would like to know what i can caim and what i will have to pay in on as far as income tax sales tax. The company is G and P Landscape Maintenance, a LLC. There are no employees and 2 owners. We did all the work ourselves. Any questions or comments are greatly appreciated.

Try asking your accountant first (if you have one). If you don't, my suggestion is get one before the next season starts up.

I would have to agree. Thats what I pay an accountant for. It's in his job description.

Tax guide for small bussiness, it's a IRS publication giving a lot of info, it answers a lot of questions and can probably create even more. I have done all of my own Tax work for twenty two years now. Good reading. Tom
