right on. i hope it works for me. even if i only get call backs and don't get the bid, it will at least let me know if the letters are worth the time and money. i'll give it a shot. can't hurt to get my name out there

Yea same way I felt, and not only did I send the letter along but I sent my business card, and a flyer. Just so they had a little of everything to review and see I was eager to work. Something I didn't do, sense my business is only p/t now and I don't feel worried about getting accounts is call the people you send letter to, to see if they got the letters and ask if they have any questions.

I agree Jeff. A follow up call lets them know you're serious. The more your name is dropped the better
