Booth Help...

My church is having a business networking event. I signed up for a booth. Has anyone ever done anything like this. I need some ideas on how I should set-up my booth, what I should have available, etc. I know basics, but if anyone could bounce ideas off me, it would be much appreciated.

If anyone had any pictures that would be awesome.

First thing, is it indoors or outdoors?

Indoors- Flyers, photos, business cards

Outdoors- highly polished truck, machines, etc, maybe flowers and shrubs...make a flowerbed that you can take apart when you are done, perhaps raffle off the flowerts with free installation. This gives you a mailing list of people who want a flowerbed. "You didn't win, but I'm running a special on seasonal flowers...."

Give us more details on the dimensions of your booth.

also your main line of work? we were pushing installs so we put in a full landscape with arbors, rock walkway.rock bedlines, lights, also had pictures of past work on hand for people to look at.....on the flower bed...leave the plants in containers and put them close together so that the plants cover each other so you cant see the containers. makes for easy clean up. also you might find a nursery that may cut you a deal on bringing them back after the show.
