Client communication
Communication with your client always helps and I notice the pest control companies leave door hangers after they've gone. Does anyone else leave some kind of note to say hey I noticed problem x in your lawn or I trimmed your azeleas for the last time till march. I was thinking of making up some with check boxes of the services performed as well as a comments section. I also thought about having a tear off customer feedback section that they could mail back with the bill. Any thoughts would be helpful.

I always leave a checklist with additional room for comments. If I point something out that needs attention and I get no OK to do the work, they can't say I didn't advise them. I use it mostly as a "CYA".
