I did move dirt, only in the skid steer I rented the skid steer and was not used to seeing on with only one arm. It was brand new, only 5 hours on it when they dropped it off. It worked out really great. I think the weight limit on it was like 1500lbs. It was a JCB Robot.

The landscape looks like it really broke the home owners budget. I hope the builder did the landscape

Yeah I have the same problem, my help is part time and they have other jobs so its tuff scheduling them.

I'm guessing 250-300K home, with about $200 worth of landscaping?

Too bad as an industry we can't get across to people to save 10-30k (or anything for that matter!) of their budget for landscaping. Seems like most people put every penny of their budget and then some into the house. Then, they want the landscaper to give away his services.

Or, as in this case, the builder "throws" it in for nothin'.
