Help removing variable speed pulley

I have ransomes 36m with a Kawasaki fb460v that is dead. I am going to purchase a new motor but am having trouble pulling the variable speed pulley and blade pulley off of the crankshaft. I have taken the spring and top half of the variable speed pulley but am stuck there. Any suggestions?

variable speed pulley

Check to see that they both don't have an allen-type set-screw holding them to the crankshaft. They usually do. Also, use a penetrating fluid along the shaft where the keyway is. Finally use a puller to remove them. Good luck.
