How To Prepare For Hydro Seeding??

the lot is 3000 Sqft...

it is in rough shape with weeds, I was asked to prepare the lawn for the hydro seeding....

WHAT EXACTLY DO I NEED TO DO.....

- I have a very nice rototiller.... anything else needed? and what exactly should be done to prepare it?
