indoor pond

Has anyone put a pond with a little waterfall in a sceened in porch. I wanted to add one in mine. My porch will be around 17 by 20. I figured to add something that could hold 4-5 kio's. Let me know if this is possible.

I've done indoor water gardens before. The biggest thing to consider is if the floor can support the added wieght of the pond, landscaping, water, etc.

I havn't build the porch yet. I'll keep that in mind. How many gallons would be good for 4-5 kio's. How would you design one.

are you meaning kilo's - as is weight? or koi - as in fish?

Don't design your porch and pond around 4-5 koi. Start with your porch and pond, then add the fish.


But 2' deep for the fish and 10x10 would be nice.
