E-Z Pass Question

I have an E-Z Pass that gives me a big discount on a particular bridge(80 cents, instead of $5). Can I use this at any E-Z Pass? I assume that I'll be charged full rate, but avoid tha long toll lines.

I have one and love it.. Use it for the NYS Thruway.. Doesn't save me any money, but saves 1-10 mins depending on how many people are in line..
