oil change?

2004 f 250 calls for the oil to be a synthetic blend oil. just wondering if it would hurt if it wasn't synthetic oil?

I would run the 5/20 oil as they recommend. Keep a log of your oil changes and all reciepts. Could save you headaches down the road.

I think most (if not all) 5w-20's are semi-synthetics. Motorcraft 5w-20 is. It is made by Conoco/Philips and is considered to be a really good oil. Walmart will have it for under 2 bucks a quart.
