Commercial

When calling a business to pursue a commercial account, should you ask what the current company is charging?

No... What we do is write a letter of intent. Simply states that my company is interested in placing a bid for this property. You will either recieve a call or letter back which will state who you should address the bid to. Never ask what the current guy is charging...If they tell you that is one thing (chances are they are Bullshitting) but never ask...It is unproffessional..
