Closing Threads

Closing threads due to personal attacks or off topic subjects is one thing, but closing threads due to members misunderstanding the question is another. The posts on each thread on this forum are not only directed to the original post but for all to see to learn from. So in other words you have stopped the learning process altogether.

PS I didn’t know that members could close thread or is Jim Lewis a moderator/administrator?

I just noticed that also... no, jim is not admin/moderator but the software was setup that the person who started the thread could open or close it. I fixed that just now.
