Let me see if I can answer most of the questions. It not a doctors but a pharmacy owner. They want it cut every week. whether it needs it or not. It pays $160 per cut. It I do anything else beds shrubs, it is extra. The neighbors or kinda spread out. The customer owns 40 acres their yard is only 5 of it. The next door neighbor has 3 teen age sons that cut their own yard. I wish I could pic up some of the nighbors, but most are intested in doing it them self.
