leaf clean up which method for pricing.....

I dont need advice on pricing ave my prices set and they work good for me. I am curious to know though how many guys charge leaf clean up by the hour, by the job ( look at it give a number) or by the square foot? I charge by the sq.ft. roughly .07-.09 per sq.ft. depending on conditions such as hills, wet leaves, etc.etc. this method seems to work better for me rather than based on hourly charge only b/c on hourly chare i have been screwed in the past either it takes longer than expected or the customer bit*hes too much about the price.

Anyhow im curious to know how some of you guys do it. Thanks

I have always tried to give a price, but sometimes I just have to break out the hourly rate. I am curious to hear how you came up with your price per square foot?
