Spring Clean-ups?

I am still new to the business and am curious as to what is involed in a spring clean-up. What all is done for the customer, and is it a popular service?

cleaning out the beds real good of debris that might have accumulated over the winter. cut, trim, and edge it real good. trim bushes/small trees, weedwhip the weeds out of cracks in driveway if there is any.

and possibly areate and de-thatch the lawn, but again, im not sure, this maybe the wrong time of the season (spring) to areate and de-thatch, I did it last spring and it worked out real good.

OH, and if you have a fertalizer app. lisence, apply some fertalizer, but check with the homeowner first.

and ofcourse CHARGE ACCORDINGLY!!!!!

Thats all I can think of, Im sure others will chime in, and add some services and possibly delete mine. But to each his own, and thats what makes us standout/be different from eachother
