Looking for employment in Northern NJ

Just moved up here in November from Richmond Virginia. A few years ago, started up and worked for a couple of seasons before running the biz into the ground.
I am wanting to get back in, but I want to get some experience working for a well established company. I am not looking to start up a biz this year and when I finally do start back up it will not be in this market, as we are only here for the next year and a half or so.
