At a crossroad ?

Ive been in business for a little over 1.5 yrs. (SOLO). And im at the point where i think im going to need to hire an employee or two . How did some of you guys know when it was time?

When you are working basically every day, it's time, at least for me. Got to the point where I had no flexibility in my schedule. If I wanted to take a half day off to do something with the family, I'd end up mowing on Sunday. Of course if it had rained any that week I most likely would be out on Sunday anyway.

When you walk through the door each nite and it takes a couple extra seconds for your azz that dragging behind you to catch up!

I would add an emplyee when you can part with 15,000-20,000yr and still make the living you want too and continue to grow your business. The worst problem for small business is we always need the help before we can afford them.
