Fall/Spring Clean-Up Price Guide?

I recently came across a guy that charges fall clean-ups as follows:

The price to mow and then $5 per bag of leaves. He does not mulch first he just bags it.

What do you think? He said no need for doing estimates or worrying about over or under bidding?

that is nuts, send him to Toledo, I have plenty of 55 gallon can liners for him to fill @ $5 each

a fall cleanup from my company is going to run about 3-4 times the cost of a regular mowing, more if they want rosebushes and hydrangeas trimmed back umpkin:
