KUbota Rear Discharge Mower

Can any of you guys give me an opinion on the following. I have a Kubota F3680 front mount mower with a 60" rear discharge deck, that I use to mow a trailer park. I bought the rear discharge for safety reasons since I had a close call with a zero turn machine. The rear discharge is definetly safer since I have hit things and have not thrown them like the zero turn. The problem is that the rear discharge deck cut quality is terrible. I do not expect a great cut, just a little improvement. Do you guys think that if I convert the deck to a mulching deck I may improve the cut quality? The rear discharge deck windrows the grass and leaves big clumps. Any thoughts?

Thanks,
Jon

That's the typical result from a rear discharge deck. Mulching might help but not sure on the deck.
