They must not advertise what all they sell. What sucks is it looks like a lot of walk behinds are too long. I could pick up a wright stander and I think the dealer has the sentars on sale or something.

Oh yea a floating deck is needed especially if I'm spending that much haha.

Well like I said I'm 21 yrs old with carpal tunnel and I know its from constantly using my scag belt drive. As for the issue with it well the ring that holds the shaft into the transmission (the ring is actually more on closer to the frame and pulley but the grove is worn out and no rings will stay in it resulting in the pulley coming out and the stop plate helps but eventually the shaft just comes out of the transmission. I have a lot of lawns with hills and slopes and the shaft just keeps coming out as soon as it gets some pressure on it from the hill.

The grooves that hold the shaft into the tranny are worn?

There is a mower junkyard in Waxhaw that you can get parts.

If you are going new, I would go with the Exmark. Find a good price then call interstate service and supply in Matthews. They will beat it. I have been eyeing a 48 hydro myself.

I've never spent any real time behind one but Hustler makes a WB with controls like no other. I've heard nothing but rave reviews on it.

I haul with a 1983 BMW 320I turbo charged with a 4X6 trailer. All my properties are under 1/2 and a lot of gates so a 36 inch is about my only option. My Scag 36 inch belt drive my car doesn't even feel really so I'm sure I wouldn't have an issue hauling another 36 inch mower.

Now I have narrowed it down to two mowers.

-Snapper Pro S50X 36 inch with 19HP kawasaki $3799
-Exmark turf tracer floating deck hydro ECS hand grips for $5050

I have 25 properties and always seem to take on more and some have slopes/hills. I've read that zero turns don't do very well on hills and slopes and this raises a red flag for me. Of course I'd prefer to ride and I know the zero turn will be much easier on my hands than a WB but if I can't mow any slopes/hills I'm SOL to be honest because I can't haul my 36 walk behind and a zero turn.

Any recommendations or advice?

If the dealer has the Wright SENTAR on sale then I would get one of those because you have a choice of either of sitting down on a seat (that has great suspension!) (I know because I demoed one) or, you can stand and use it as a Wright STANDER.

The SENTAR holds hills amazingly! I know because my buddy has a SENTAR 60" and a KUBOTA ZD326 DIESEL 60" and the SENTAR holds hills MUCH better than the ZD326. I Tried once on an steep hill and I was impressed my self!

And also what is the price your dealer is selling the SENTAR?
