I decided on My Radar Pro for $2. Of course, there is a $4 "upgrade" which allows you to see watches and warnings. Anyway, the reviews I read were good, and it is a radar function only, which is what I was looking for if I need to check threatening weather in a hurry. I'll add another app for forecasts, etc, or just use what is already installed on the phone.
