HVZ 2350 vs Cub Cadet RZT 50 vs Swisher ZT2350

The Gravely/Ariens has a 23hp Kohler Courage and I don't know what type trannny. The Cub has 22hp Kawi v-twin with the EZT transmission. The Swisher has 23hp B&S Intek with Eaton Tranny. All are about $3000.

Opine please.

look at the Hustler Mini Fasttrak 17/42 or Fasttrak 20/52. better frame, deck, ergonomics, warranty, service, factory support........go to the Hustler forum and search or post a question.
of the three that you mentioned, only the ariens would even get a second glance. i think they all use the Hydro-gear EZT wheel motor.

I am pretty sure the Swisher uses the same Eaton that is on the Snappers.

Our local dealer quit carrying Hustler so they are a ways off.

Dunno, but I managed to get about $900 off a gravely commercial 44 mower, and they had a kick butt financing option of 22 months with no interest, no payments.

Of the three you listed, the cub has the best engine. However, I have seen the cub and the ariens/gravely, and they ariens/gravely seen to be higher-quality than the cub. For residential use they'd be fine, though I bought a commercial-grade for just my 1 acre lot. I don't like buying disposable equipment.
