I had a small accident with a chainsaw last summer, I had to get 16 stitches in my knee. I'm OK, but it could have been a whole lot worse. I have a nice scar and a whole lot more respect for chain saws now! Everyone out there be safe and think twice before making a cut.

I cut my leg while i was in the tree. I went into shock. My skin and muscle were hanging open the cut was about 6 inches long. A few centimeters up and i would have hit bone or arteries and could have died. I almost fainted on the way to the hospital. Definitely very careful around chainsaws.
I am amazed that the guy is alive. Chainsaw IN his neck and didnt hit anything major! He is super lucky. Also good for the company to have another climber who was prepared and rescued him. When stuff like this happens its likely for the body to go into shock.
Tree work around here is a joke. People price it so low a lot of times its not worth it. Make more money on the ground not risking the life.
Glad to hear this person is ok
